Aman is an asymmetric triangular shawl. It begins with 1×2 twisted rib. Then, 1×1 twisted cables form zigzag lines that separate the twisted rib from the stockinette. As the shawl widens, a combination of right- and left-twisted stitches are introduced to break the twisted rib pattern in timely repeats. The design ends with a broad section of 1×2 twisted rib.
