Ansu – ray of sunlight.
This wrap has an asymmetric triangular construction and is made with 2 colours. A mix of garter rows with lace using slightly larger needles makes for a light and airy wrap.
Finished Measurements: Length: 90” (228cm), depth: 30” (76cm)
Yarn: Fingering weight yarn in 2 colours:
C1: 400yds (366m) (blue in sample)
C2: 400 yds (366m) (rust in sample)
Sample uses Olann Singles (100% Merino, 366m, 100g)
C1: Quarry, C2: Cognac
Needles: US size 7 (4.5mm) needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Notions: Stitch markers or lifelines, if required.
Gauge: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4” (10cm) in garter st after blocking.
Difficulty: Easy. Uses garter rows and simple sts to create a lace pattern.
