A collared short top with a center cable panel worked from the bottom up. The shaping starts immediately after the garter hem to give a slight flare.

Gauge: After blocking, 24 sts and 32 rows = 4” (10cm) in st st
28 sts and 32 rows = 4” (10cm) in cable pattern
Cable panel width: 35sts = 5” after blocking
Yarn: 2 (2, 3, 3) skeins of Plucky Feet or approx. 640 (720, 850, 940) yds or (590 (660, 780, 860))mts in fingering weight.
